Sit on the chair and your forearms should remain vertical. Bend your elbows at 90 degrees and level with your shoulders. Pull the bands towards you and press your shoulders together. Do the three sets of ten.

The best time to perform these back exercises is before and after doing any physical activities so that the muscle tissues can relax and become loose and there will be less pressure and tension in the upper back.
