You will need a chair that is strong enough to support your weight as you will be sitting on it and then sit in it and then lean forward slowly till you are able to touch the floor in front of you. Hold this position for 20 seconds and then slowly and gradually return back to the upright position. Repeat this exercise for 5 times every time you do it and you will feeling some relief for your back pain.

Another exercise which you can do for back pain relief is to lie down flat on a hard surface such as the floor on your back and allow your legs to straighten and touch the floor. Now, use both of your hands to touch the left knee which should be moved as close to your chest as is possible. Holding this position for 10 seconds and then alternate the legs and do 3 more sets. Whether or not these exercises for back pain are suitable for your back is something that should let your doctor decide. If your doctor say that it's safe to perform these exercise then by all means to them. Some exercises tend to work well than the others so be sure to experiement around until you find one that provide you the best amount of relief.


If your back starts to hurt as your perform any of these exercises, stop immediately and take a rest. A little pain is acceptable but if you're experiencing intense pain, that's a sign that you should stop the exercise at once.
